The Bakery Line
At Om Niwas Bakery Line, we have believed in freshness and honesty since the day we opened our doors in August 2012. What began as a simple idea – to bake real & wholesome – quickly converted into a mission to provide Jaipur preservative-free & genuine bakes.
As part of the Arya Niwas Hospitality Group, quality has always been in our DNA. We started small by baking for our in-house restaurants, but soon realised there was a bigger need waiting to be served.
Our Journey
This journey began with one discovery: the so called wheat breads in the market were not truly wheat at all – just artificial colouring and clever packaging. So, we thought to ourselves and decided:
If good breads don’t exist, we’ll bake them ourselves!
And that’s exactly what we did! What began as a small experiment in our kitchen has today flourished into a bakery loved and trusted by families across Jaipur.
